He has held technical, project management and senior management positions during his career with companies including Samsung Pay, Staples, CVS, TJX Companies, Hewlett Packard, and Time Warner.  

With extensive planning expertise John has had responsibility for high-profile compliance and security related projects, software application development, and with the planning, construction/relocation, upgrade and operation of data and telecommunications infrastructure in on-premises, co-located and cloud-based deployments.

 John has successfully managed teams large and small, both onshore and offshore based to deliver business solutions and demonstrated ROI. He creates business value through careful management of internal, external  and vendors resources to craft synergy in both day-to-day operations and special projects.

 Mr. Varga is CISSP and PMP certified and a Board Member of the Central Massachusetts chapter of the Project Management Institute. He is the Principal owner of RKV Group, LLC located in Holliston, Massachusetts.
